Child Support Act 1991

41.  Amend the Child Support Act 1991(1) as follows.

42.  In paragraph 2 of Schedule 4(2) (remuneration of Child Support Commissioners for Northern Ireland)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1)—

(i) for “Lord Chancellor may” substitute “Department of Justice shall”;

(ii) for “he” substitute “the Lord Chancellor”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (2) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Department of Justice”.
