SCHEDULE 13 U.K.Amendments of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002

5.—(1) Amend section 46(1) (functions of Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice) as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(h) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”.

(3) In subsection (6) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”.
