3.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(b) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 1(1) (tenancies of dwelling-houses with high rateable values) for “£25,000” substitute “£100,000”.
Paragraph 2 was substituted by SI 1990/434, and amended by SI 1993/651.
