Proceedings for offences27
Section 401 of the Act (proceedings for offences) applies for the purposes of these Regulations as it applies for the purposes of the Act with the following modifications—
a
in subsection (1), omit “or subordinate legislation made under this Act”;
b
in subsections (2)(a) and (3)(a), omit “or the Secretary of State”; and
c
omit subsection (4).
