The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(9) and (10) of the Representation of the People Act 19831, makes the following Order.

In accordance with section 15(11)(a) of that Act he has consulted the Electoral Commission.

In accordance with section 15(11)(b) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
