Schedule 2 (grounds for possession of dwelling-houses let on assured tenancies) is amended as follows.

In Ground 6—
a
after “landlord is a” insert “non-profit registered provider of social housing,” and
b
after “trust”, where it first appears, insert “or (where the dwelling-house is social housing within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008) a profit-making registered provider of social housing, ”.

In paragraph (b) of Ground 14A—
a
after “landlord who is seeking possession is” insert “a non-profit registered provider of social housing,” and
b
after “trust” insert “or, where the dwelling-house is social housing within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, a profit-making registered provider of social housing,”.
