Section 27 (parenting orders: supplemental) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4)—

for paragraph (c) (but not the “and” following it) substitute—

private registered providers of social housing,

in paragraph (d) for “registered social landlords on that register” substitute “private registered providers of social housing”.

In subsection (4A)—

for paragraph (b) (but not the “and” following it) substitute—
