Section 146A (transfer etc of functions of Welsh Ministers) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) omit “in Wales”.

In subsection (2)—
a
for the definition of “registered social landlord in Wales” substitute—
“registered social landlord” means a body which is registered as a social landlord under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Housing Act 1996;
b
in the definition of “supervisory functions” omit “in Wales”.
