Amendments of the Prison Act 19523
In Schedule A1 to the Prison Act 1952 (further provision about Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons)3, in paragraph 4 (co-operation), omit paragraphs (f) and (g) (which relate to the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection and the Commission for Social Care Inspection).
