This Order may be cited as the Welsh Zone (Boundaries and Transfer of Functions) Order 2010.

This article, articles 2 and 3 and the Schedule come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

Articles 4 to 8 come into force on 31st March 2010, but this is subject to paragraph (4).

If this Order is made on or after 31st March 2010, articles 4 to 8 come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
