The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2010

Title, application and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2010, applies in England and comes into force on 6th April 2010.

Fees for the testing of disinfectants

2.  A person who applies for a disinfectant to be approved under article 3 of the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (England) Order 2007(1) must, when applying, pay to the Secretary of State—

(a)a fee of £1,770 for administrative services, plus

(b)the fee for testing for the relevant purpose in the Schedule.

3.  Where Value Added Tax is chargeable in respect of the provision of any service for which a fee is prescribed in Article 2 and the Schedule there is payable in addition to that fee a further fee equivalent to the amount of Value Added Tax.

Revocation

4.  The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2009(2) is revoked.
