1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Medical Certification) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 6th April 2010.
(2) The following Regulations are revoked—
(a)the Merchant Shipping (Medical Examination) Regulations 2002(1), and
(b)the Merchant Shipping (Medical Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2005(2).
