425.—(1) Rule 6.251 (application under paragraph 9(3) of Schedule 4A to the Act(1) to annul a bankruptcy restrictions undertaking) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for “an affidavit” substitute “a witness statement”.
(3) In paragraph (2), for “affidavit” substitute “witness statement”.
Schedule 4A was inserted by 2002 c. 40, s. 257(2) and Schedule 20.
