202.—(1) Rule 4.104 (appointment by Secretary of State) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a)for “two copies” substitute “a copy”;
(b)for “one such copy” substitute “it”; and
(c)omit “, and file the other copy in court”.
