SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the Insolvency Rules 1986

Amendment to Rule 4.104

202.—(1) Rule 4.104 (appointment by Secretary of State) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2)—

(a) for “two copies” substitute “a copy”;

(b) for “one such copy” substitute “it”; and

(c) omit “, and file the other copy in court”.
