SCHEDULE 5 Environmental permits

PART 1 Grant, variation, transfer and surrender of environmental permits

Making an application

2.—(1) An application must—

(a) be made by the applicant on the form provided by the regulator; and

(b) include the information specified on the form.

(2) Every application must be accompanied by any fee prescribed in a charging scheme made by the regulator under section 41 of the 1995 Act(1) or by the appropriate authority under regulation 65.
