In the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 200561 in regulation 10 (deductions from an award of a funeral payment)—
(a)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
after “under” insert “or by”;
(ii)
omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (g);
(iii)
after sub-paragraph (h) add—
“or
(i)
MFET Limited,”;
(b)
in paragraph (3) after “Eileen Trust” insert “, MFET Limited”.
