After consulting in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20071, the Tribunal Procedure Committee has made the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(3), 22, and 29(3) and (4) of, and Schedule 5 to, that Act, paragraph 7(2)(d) of Schedule 6 to the Data Protection Act 19982, section 87(3B) and (3C) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 19993 and section 146(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 20054.
