the Timeshare Act 1992 (Amendment) Regulations 2003 M3.

Schedule 6 (which contains consequential amendments) has effect.

Schedule 7 (which contains savings provision) has effect.

Schedule 8 (which contains repeals and revocations) has effect.
Application of the F1Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 201837
Nothing in these Regulations affects the application of the F2Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 to regulated contracts falling within the scope of those Regulations.
