Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education and Skills Act 2008 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2010.
(2) In this Order—
“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002(1); and
“the 2008 Act” means the Education and Skills Act 2008.
