A draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 60(2) of the National Lottery etc. Act 19931.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 28(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 19932, and after consultation with Scottish Ministers, makes the following Order.
