51. Apply rule 4.63 of the 1986 Rules(1). In rule 4.63(1) for “the number of votes conferred on each contributory by the company’s articles” substitute “the value of the shares each contributory holds in the building society”.
Rule 4.63 was amended by S.I. 1987/1919.
