Amendments to the Government of Wales Act 2006

4.—(1) Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the 2006 Act is modified in accordance with this article.

(2) For paragraph 6(2) substitute—

“(2)   Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to—

(a) sections 20, 22, 24, 35(1), 36(1) to (5) and (7) to (11), 53, 54, 78 and 156(2) to (5); or

(b) paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 2.”
