The Lord President of the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(1) of the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 1, makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2010.
Appointed date2
Section 6 of the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (number of Electoral Commissioners) comes into force on 1st October 2010.
