2. Section 343(2) of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003(1) (deduction for professional membership fees) is to continue to have effect with the insertion, in paragraph (n) of the Table, of the entry relating to the register of pharmaceutical chemists kept under Articles 6 and 9 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(2) (originally made by paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order).
