Amendment of the Medicines (Bal Jivan Chamcho Prohibition) (No 2) Order 1977 E+W+S

19.  In regulation 2(3) of the Medicines (Bal Jivan Chamcho Prohibition) (No 2) Order 1977(1) (prohibition of sale, supply and importation of Bal Jivan Chamcho), for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) an inspector appointed by the General Pharmaceutical Council under article 8(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010.”.
