Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Consequential Amendments, Saving and Supplementary Provisions) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st October 2010.
(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Equality Act 2010.
