omit the definition of “Adjudication Panel”;

omit the definition of “case tribunal”;
c
in the definition of “respondent” for “Adjudication Panel for England” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and
d
in the definition of “the relevant authority concerned” for “a case tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”.
