In regulation 2(4) of the Gambling Act 2005 (Definition of Small-scale Operator) Regulations 200689 (definition of small-scale operator)—
a
in sub-paragraphs (a) and (c) for “Gambling Appeals Tribunal” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (c) and (d) for “under section 143 of the Act” substitute “to the Upper Tribunal”.
