59. In section 77 (adjudications)—
(a)omit subsections (2) and (3); and
(b)in subsection (7) after “(6)(a) or (b)” insert “, or with any corresponding requirement imposed by Tribunal Procedure Rules in relation to proceedings under this Act before the First-tier Tribunal,”.
