Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 19754
In Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 197510 (offices disqualifying for membership)—
a
in Part 1 (judicial offices) omit the entry relating to a member of the Immigration Services Tribunal;
b
in Part 2 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) omit the entry relating to the Information Tribunal; and
c
in Part 3 (other disqualifying offices) omit the entry for any member, in receipt of remuneration, of a panel of persons who may be selected to act as members of the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal.
