4. The inshore fisheries and conservation authority for the district(1) is to be known as the Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority.
Section 150(1) of the Marine Act provides that there is to be an inshore fisheries and conservation authority for every inshore fisheries and conservation district established under section 149 of that Act.
