Transfer of Rules

4.  The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005(1) and the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) (Fast-track) Rules 2005(2) have effect as if they were Tribunal Procedure Rules.
