Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996

2.  In regulation 57(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996(1) for the definition of “the Connexions Service” substitute—

““the Connexions Service” means a service made available by a local authority in accordance with section 68 of the Education and Skills Act 2008;”.
