EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations are made under the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and the Education and Skills Act 2008.
The Regulations make consequential amendments to subordinate legislation necessary as a consequence of the repealing of sections of the Learning and Skills Act 2000(1) by the two Acts mentioned above.
