Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2007

2.  In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2007(1) omit—

(a) paragraph 20A and its heading;

(b) paragraph 23A and its heading.
