Appointed day
2. 27th July 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Welfare Reform Act 2007—
(a)section 29 insofar as it relates to paragraphs 7 and 8 of Schedule 4;
(b)paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 (treatment of existing awards); and
(c)paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 (transitional allowances).
