5. In section 2(4)(1) of the Lieutenancies Act 1997 for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Lord President of the Council”.
Section 2(4) was amended by S.I. 2001/3500, Sch. 2. By virtue of S.I. 1999/1750, the functions of a Minister of the Crown under section 2(4) are exercisable by the Scottish Ministers in or as regards Scotland.
