The Welsh Ministers have, in accordance with section 19(6) of the Education Act 20051, advised the Secretary of State for Wales on a recommendation to be made to Her Majesty as to the exercise of the power conferred by section 19(1) of that Act.
The Secretary of State for Wales has made a recommendation to Her Majesty in accordance with that advice.
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 19(1) of the Education Act 2005 and in accordance with that recommendation, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:
