The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
The Welsh Ministers have, in accordance with section 19(6) of the Education Act 2005(1), advised the Secretary of State for Wales on a recommendation to be made to Her Majesty as to the exercise of the power conferred by section 19(1) of that Act.
The Secretary of State for Wales has made a recommendation to Her Majesty in accordance with that advice.
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 19(1) of the Education Act 2005 and in accordance with that recommendation, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:
2005 c. 18. The functions of the National Assembly for Wales under that section were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
