The Export Control (Iran) Order 2007 contains provisions to give effect to Council Regulation (EC) No 423/2007 concerning restrictive measures against Iran. This Order amends the 2007 Order to take account of amendments to the 2007 Regulation, principally affecting Annexes IA and II which list items that are subject to restrictions. It also takes the opportunity to update the reference in the 2007 Order to the Common Military List of the European Union.

This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Iran) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 29th January 2010.
