1. In section 63(1) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (application to set aside financial restrictions decision) M1, after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the Al-Qaida and Taliban (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/1197),”.
