SCHEDULE 3 Amendment of non-education subordinate legislation

Greater London Authority Elections Rules 2007 (S.I. 2007/3541)

77.—(1) The Greater London Authority Elections Rules 2007 are amended as follows.

(2) In each of the following provisions for “local education authority” substitute “local authority (as defined in the Education Act 1996)”—

• rule 21 (1)(a) of the Constituency Members Election Rules in Schedule 1,

• rule 22(1)(a) of the London Members Election Rules in Schedule 2,

• rule 21(1)(a) of the Mayorial Election Rules in Schedule 3,

• rule 21(1)(a) of the Constituency Members Election Rules in Schedule 5,

• rule 22(1)(a) of the London Members Election Rules in Schedule 6, and

• rule 21(1)(a) of the Mayorial Election Rules in Schedule 7.
