Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/392)

53.—(1) The Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.
(2) Omit regulation 5(1)(d).
(3) In regulation 22—
(a)insert “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (a),
(b)at the end of paragraph (b) for “; and” substitute “and, where the child is of compulsory school age, include in the notification to the local authority information about the child’s educational history and whether the child has been or is likely to be assessed for special educational needs under the Education Act 1996”, and
(c)omit paragraph (c).
