Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36)

43.  In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities: other public bodies and offices)—

(a) omit the entry for the Learning and Skills Council for England;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

“The Young People’s Learning Agency for England.”
