The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88(6), 90(3), and 97 of, and paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 3 to, the Planning Act 2008(1), and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council, makes the following Rules:
