69. In the Schedule to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Community Infringements Specified UK Laws) Order 2003(1) (listed directives)—
(a)omit the entry for Council Directive 87/102/EEC for the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning consumer credit(2) as last amended by Directive 98/7/EC(3); and
(b)after the entry for Directive 2005/29/EC insert—
| “Directive 2008/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Council Directive 87/102/EEC | Consumer Credit Act 1974 and secondary legislation made thereunder (not including consumer hire agreements)” |
