Commencement of provisions2.
The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 come into force on 5th July 2010—
(a)
section 75 (trustee corporation) in so far as not already in force, and Schedule 1 (the trustee corporation) in so far as not already in force;
(b)
section 76 (functions); and
(c)
section 99 (interpretation of part).
