Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

2.  In section 87(6) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—

“(v) the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008(1), the Mesothelioma, etc., Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(2), and the Child Maintenance Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(3);

(w) the Pensions Act 2008(4) and the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(5).”.
