5.—(1) Each of the forms or forms of words set out in Schedule 1 to this Order is prescribed as the Welsh version which may be used at a European Parliamentary election in Wales in place of the forms or forms of words prescribed by the provisions of the 2004 Regulations set out in paragraph (2).
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are—
(a)in the case of form 1, rule 36(4);
(b)in the case of form 2, rule 39(1);
(c)in the case of form 3, rule 43(7); and
(d)in the case of form 4, paragraph 29 of Part 1 of Schedule 3(1).
Schedule 3 to the 2004 Regulations was substituted by regulation 41 of, and Schedule 4 to, S.I. 2009/186.
